OPERATIONAL PROCESS

AS SOON AS WE CONFIRM THE NOMINATION FROM OUR CUSTOMERS

Order

Procedure starts with ordering the quantity and the grade to refinery.

Details

In coordination with vessel’s agent we are collecting all details concerning the vessel.

Permission

We take permission from customs authorities to supply bunkers to the vessel.

Port Authorities

We provide port authorities with the exact date and time of delivery.

Coordination

One day prior vessel’s arrival we coordinate with refinery in order to send our truck/s to load the nominated grade and quantity.

Delivery

On date of delivery, chief engineer should come to our truck/s together with our drivers for measuring.
